SQL Server DBA in Arizona

Up to a year ago it was a great place to work. Then a new C level officer joined from a certain large company where employees were just numbers. This C-level officer brought with him almost his entire team from previous company and it started to show...High stress, unreasonable goals, and deadlines, replacing knowledgeable employees with short time contractors ( saving $$) who are not as capable. During the last months, talented people started leaving the company in droves...someone called it appropriately "The Great Resignation"

Medicare Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ

Online training by employees. Management has very limited knowledge about health insurance. No need to request clarification or assistance. The other trainees will be very supportive as everyone is in the same boat.

Data Analyst II in Phoenix, AZ

I really like the work environment and the team that I am in. Flexible work environment. Management helps you move towards your goal. Great place to work for.

Care Manager in Phoenix, AZ

Would not recommend working as a Case Manager for this company. Too many changes and workflows that are repetitive, time consuming and very stressful. Management gives impression that they are helpful, but their goal is to impress upper management at the cost of stressing out the staff

Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ

Great coworkers and trainers! Benefits are super great as well but some of the management is not so good. They say they've been in "your place" but yet can't help you when you have a question about anything in the system and direct you to supervisors who never get back to you. Every department is different so I guess it just depends who you get stuck with.
